DIRECTOR OF GAME PRESENTATION & DIGITAL ASSETS
Joey Schor is excited for this opportunity to be the Director of Game Presentation & Digital Assets for the Lafayette Aviators as he is ecstatic to bring the best ballpark entertainment experience to each fan. Joey comes from Denver, Colorado, where he spent the last three years as the Marketing/Promotions Director for the National Ballpark Museum. During his time at the museum, Joey became a baseball historian, and put the museum as one of the top 5 must see places to visit in Denver.
Prior to working at the museum, Joey was the Promotions Assistant for the Quad Cities River Bandits, Scoreboard/Music/Video Director for the Glendale Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League, and in college for Metro State University of Denver, Joey was the PA announcer, followed by the Play-by-Play Announcer for the school’s baseball and softball teams.
Since he was eight years old, Joey's passion has been baseball. He had one at-bat in middle school but has always known his calling was in the front office. His love for baseball was fueled by Dante Bichette and Joey's grandfather, to whom he has dedicated his career.
Joey is excited to immerse himself in the Lafayette community as even though Denver is his hometown, he loves the smallness and how everyone is friendly.
When not working, you will find Joey in the community checking out the restaurant scene as he considers himself an aficionado of dining establishments. If you see Joey around town, make sure to say hi as he loves socializing.
