Ray is a native of Westbury, New York . He is a graduate of Northern Michigan University, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Upon graduating from college Ray fulfilled his boyhood dream of becoming a United States Secret Service agent where he served as a protective agent for several U.S. presidents, and as a criminal investigative agent. He then began a business career by joining The Coca-Cola Company where he served as a vice-president and national sales manager.
Throughout his business career he served as a volunteer coach at Washington State University, Fullerton Junior College (CA), Whitworth College (WA) and Mater Dei High School (CA). He has coached 31 players that have signed Major League Baseball contracts. Chicago Cub Hall of Fame second baseball Ryne Sandberg played for Ray when he coached the Spokane, WA American Legion team. Former New York Yankee shortstop and Toronto Blue Jay's coach Bobby Meacham played for Ray at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, CA.
After leaving The Coca-Cola Company Ray joined MacGregor Sporting Goods, Inc. - Team Sports division where he served as president and ceo. In this capacity he also served on the sports product licensee committee's for Major League Baseball, National Football League, and National Basketball Association.
Ray has two daughters (Kim + Christy) and six grandchildren. His daughters were nationally ranked swimmers and were members of the United States Junior National Swim Team.

Tracy is a graduate of Indiana State University where she earned her Master’s in Recreation and Sports Management. She has accumulated remarkable Infield Marketing experience in both the sports and graphic arts industry. With a Bachelor’s in Media Arts and Animation from the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg, IL already under her belt, the only thing that was truly missing was the sound of the bat crack in the distance.
Prior to joining the Lafayette Aviators, she has demonstrated her efforts in production management by assisting other reputable organizations, such as: The Game Haus, Indy Fuel Hockey, Orange County Novastars, Indianapolis Colts, Chicago White Sox, and Chevrolet's Indy Car and NASCAR Series. When she is not trying to impress upon her resume, she focuses her time on being active. Running, fencing, archery, and kickboxing are only a few of things that she tries to make time for. A Chicago native, she now resides with her son in Lafayette.

John is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. He was a member of the Aviators organization in summer 2017, serving as a Media Relations Intern, and came back after graduation in 2018. He now serves as the Manager of Operations, interacting with organizations and businesses in the community and getting them involved with the Aviators as much as possible.
When he's not working at the stadium or office, John enjoys playing video games with his friends, watching a copious amount of sports, and hanging with his friends. Throughout his life, John has founded a fraternity at his college campus, been involved with many sports and media programs and even found taking trips home to Florida to see family and stay warm.
